According to a recent article by Laura Yan in Popular Mechanics that a Harvard Startup Company, Rejuvenate Bio, founded by a well-known scientist, George Church, in a recent podcast revealed that the company has already started experimenting on mice and has moved on to its target market dogs. The goal according to the MIT Technology Review is reversing the aging process in man’s best friend because people will pay handsomely for anything concerning their canine family members. there are a host of ethical questions involved in this project but look at the cloning of Dolly the first successfully cloned mammal in February 2003, which raised the possibility of human cloning, a topic which is still heatedly debated today.
