Owner Sheryl Radman combines her knowledge and expertise in both the fields of aging and business to assess, strategize, educate, and train individuals and businesses on the “Graying of America”. Sheryl has been working with the senior market for over 20 years and nine years ago she founded RALS’ predecessor, Senior Life Simplified (SLS). She became frustrated by the lack of knowledge that many businesses showed when working with the older adult and formed RALS to help businesses and individuals meet the ever-increasing demands of the aging market.
Radman Aging Life Strategies principle and owner, Sheryl Radman, has extensive experience both with seniors and businesses alike with advanced degrees in Social Work (MSW) and Business (MBA). Her experience across industries and populations lends to her unique ability to help meet the needs of her clients on all levels and in all situations.
